Flight Voucher Purchase Terms and Conditions
- Our Flight Vouchers are valid for a period of Three (3) years from the date of purchase.
- If your Flight Voucher is older than twelve (12) months you may be asked to pay the difference between the purchase price and the current price, if there has been a price increase.
- Vouchers may be transferred to another individual but we request that the Museum be notified in writing by the original purchaser or gift recipient prior to transfer.
- Our operations are weather dependent. Flights may be cancelled at short notice due to weather conditions and other unforeseen factors. If this does occur your flight will be rebooked at a mutually agreeable future time.
Joy Flights Requirements
To ensure passengers have a safe and enjoyable flight we ask that you:
- Can enter and exit the aircraft unaided.
- Are able to communicate with our crew in English.
- Can understand a detailed safety briefing on the aircraft and its safety features.
- Wear enclosed shoes.
- Have no health issues that may affect the flight.
- Bring a jacket or jumper if the weather is cool.
We will supply you with a flying helmet and goggles but please wear your sunglasses or glasses if you prefer.
Children are welcome on our flights but this is at the discretion of the pilot in command and is decided on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss further.
